Our process..
Initial Chat & Email
We have an initial chat, this is as long as you need however for most clients is no longer than 10 to 20 minutes. All clients then receive an email summary of their scenario and the key info we discussed.
Ready to proceed?
If you are ready to apply our email summary also contains a list of required supporting documents for your application and a link to an online questionaire for you to supply us with your financial information.
Video call & application
We then review your information and book in a video chat to answer any questions you may have, decide on a lender and get final details for your application. From initial chat to loan approval can be as little as 3 working days depending on lender.
